Last time Louise Cooney walked the red carpet at the Platinum VIP Style Awards she was pregnant with her first child.
This year as she stepped out, she is the proud mother to five-month-old baby Jude.
And she tells us how motherhood has completely changed her life.
“It’s been amazing. It’s been the best almost-six-months of my life. It’s the best fun. He’s given me a whole new sense of purpose. I love it,” she enthuses with the biggest smile we’ve ever seen.
Motherhood comes with a lot of surprises and for Louise the raw emotions that come with it took her by surprise.
“I think the sheer love and emotions. I’ve never been super emotional, but I just love him so much. I always knew that would happen. I always wanted to be a mam. The feeling of it was a big surprise,” she confesses.
“I feel like my whole world has changed, my whole identity has changed,” she goes on to say.
“I’m just figuring it out, taking it day by day and taking it easy on myself. Being a mother is a big adjustment and he is my priority right now. I’m just helping him along and trying to make time for myself along the way.”
