Louise Cantillon is “buzzing” this week after it was revealed that she would be replacing Ray Foley on his Today FM show.
Don’t worry, it’s just for a week as the former Six O’Clock Show host is on his holidays.
Louise shared the good news on social media with a picture of her in the studio.
To say she is delighted is an understatement!
So, this is an absolute buzz! @TodayFM have trusted me to fill in for @rayfoleyshow all this week…🤯
Couldn’t manage to get the teeth out for a smile they’re shakin’ with the excitement ✨(néaróga)✨

Yes, she’ll be presenting Ray’s show between 2pm and 4:30pm for the remainder of the week.
Earlier this year, Louise shared the news that she had a full-time gig with the station.
The TG4 presenter has joined Today FM stepping into Dec Pierce’s slot across the station.
She’ll be a busy woman as she will also be filling in for Paula MacSweeney while she is on maternity leave.
She shared the news on social media: “It’s official. So unbelievably honoured to be joining the @todayfm line up!
“I will be on air Sat-Tue across the stations schedule, kicking off tomorrow @2pm – filling the big boots @decpierce has left behind!”
Louise will be on air on Saturdays from 2pm to 6pm and Sundays from 4pm to 7pm. She will also be in for Paula’s slots on Monday and Tuesday from 7pm to 10pm.
She explained: “While @paulamacsweeney makes a little human.”
“Whoohú bígí liom,” she concluded.
She certainly is a busy woman.
