Louis Walsh landed himself in hot water with the X Factor audience after he slagged Olly Murs on last night’s show.
Last night marked the first of the live shows and as usual, the Irish judge got everyone talking by making some controversial comments.
Dermot O’Leary reprised his role as host of the X Factor last night after being replaced by Olly Murs for last year’s show and when Louis was chatting to the Irish presenter, it wasn’t long before he got a sly dig in about Olly Murs’ absence.
“Louis it’s good to have you back,” Dermot said to Louis.
“Hey, I won series two with Shayne Ward,” Louis replied. “But you weren’t there.”
“I wasn’t there,” Dermot responded, “and most of these contestants weren’t born when Shayne Ward won this show.
“But he did win the show and you’re still a great judge, we respect that”
“Where’s Olly?” Louis replied, looking visibly irritated.
After Louis made the comments the audience started booing and the judges looked shocked, but luckily Dermot took it all in good fun.
“He’s just the dinner guest that sits at the end of the table, isn’t he?You know what? Naughty step for you.” he said.
There’s never a dull moment with Louis around!
