The X-Factor was welcomed back this weekend, and it saw the return of Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger, Sharon Osbourne and our very own Louis Walsh.
Although the panel are honest and vocal while on the show – and that’s why we love them – it appears that their behaviour on social media is a different story.
In fact, it was revealed on this weekend’s Xtra Factor that Louis Walsh has been banned from using Twitter because of his outspoken nature!
Speaking to the show’s presenters Rylan Clark and Matt Edmondson, the music mogul said that he’s a loose cannon and having Twitter would just get him into trouble.
“I’ll tell you why, because I’m a loose cannon. I’m going to get sued. I like to say what I really feel and sometimes people don’t like that. I’ll have to talk to my lawyers,” he said.
Although the panel were well received many viewers, it appears that one ex-contestant isn’t happy about Louis’ return.
Christopher Maloney, who came third on the show in 2012, told the Liverpool Echo that Louis a “non entity” to the show, but the Mayo native put him in his place.
“Oh, the karaoke singer who wears lots of make-up! He is awful,” he said.
Classic Louis, causing a stir!
