According to Louis Walsh, Boyzlife will never happen.
The music mogul, and former manager of Boyzone and Westlife, the acts will not reunite for a tour, despite reports earlier this week.
Ex-boyband members Keith Duffy and Brian McFadden revealed plans for a ‘supergroup’ to go on tour this year, but Louis says “hell will freeze over” before this happens.
Speaking on Nolan Live on BBC One Northern Ireland, the former X Factor star said said : “I read about Boyzlife and that’s Brian and Keith. I like both of them, I think they’ll do OK.
“But there was a rumour about all of Boyzone and Westlife and that is absolutely not true.
“That will never ever happen until hell freezes over. The boys don’t want it and I definitely wouldn’t want it. I wouldn’t want Boyzone and Westlife – Westlife don’t need anybody.
“If they ever get back together, and I hope they do, it will be just them.”
He also admitted that there’s no love lost between him and Boyzone frontman Ronan Keating.
“I don’t really care about him. I’ve moved on to different things, he’s in Australia somewhere. No I don’t really like him is the honest answer. I just don’t – I don’t love everybody,” he said.
“I was his manager. I got him all the hits, every single hit. We outgrew each other.”
