Lottie Ryan has opened up about how she’s feeling since becoming a mum for the first time. The radio DJ and her husband, Fabio welcomed their baby boy, who they have named Wolf, into the world far early than they expected last month when he arrived two months before his due date.
Luckily both mama and baby are both doing well and over the weekend Lottie did a Q&A with her followers online. One person asked how she and Fabio were doing since becoming parents.
She shared; “We are absolutely loving it! We’re on cloud 9 and feeling very blessed. In a way it’s hard to imagine we lived so long without him! it’s like he’s always been here.”
Another Instagram follower asked how she felt when she realised her little one was arriving early, which must have been a scary experience for the couple.
The 35-year-old shared; “Honestly, it all happened so quickly that I didn’t really have time to feel or think!”
“Thank god for the team at The Rotunda who kept me calm and made me feel so safe,” she added.
Since his arrival, which Lottie described as with a “bang” she has been adjusting to life as a new mama and revealed with her followers that it is exhausting; “The best advice I can give is to just be kind to yourself -something I’m still learning to do.”
“The first few weeks are a big adjustment so you have to just take it one day at a time.”
