It was reported yesterday that 2FM presenter Lottie Ryan was in the running to become a new continuity announcer for UTV Ireland, as apparently, they were looking for new voices.
A source told Goss.ie that “Lottie is very up and coming at the moment and UTV Ireland thinks she could work well”.
Lottie has since spoken out and stated that she has no interest in moving from 2FM, and that yesterdays reports were “the first she heard of it”.
A source also told The Star that Lottie is more than happy where she is.
The radio presenter has been busy presenting The Early Breakfast Show on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and has recently been filling in for Dave Fanning on his weekend show.
The recent JNLR figures prove that Lottie is doing very well where she is, having brought her listenership up significantly, along with other female RTE presenters including Louise McSharry and Miriam O’Callaghan.
