
Liam Neeson’s newest film, A Monster Calls, is set to premiere at the BFI London Film Festival tonight. The 64-year-old plays the part of an ancient tree monster in the film.
A Monster Calls centres on a young boy who seeks the help of Ballymena born Liam’s character, in an effort to cope with his single mother’s terminal illness.

The film also stars big names such as Sigourney Weaver, Felicity Jones, Lewis MacDougall, and Toby Kebell. It’s based on a novel by Patrick Naas, and is directed by JA Bayona.
A number of these stars will walk the red carpet in Leicester Square for the gala premiere tonight.
