Lewis Capaldi announces first Irish tour date in two years

After two years away from the spotlight, global superstar Lewis Capaldi is well and truly back.

On Friday, he released a surprise new single where he discussed his struggles as he chose to step away from the public eye in 2023.

His last live show was at Glastonbury that summer which saw him unable to continue to perform with the crowd singing for him. Over the weekend, he made his triumphant return to the same stage for a surprise gig.

Now he has announced tour dates, including a date in Ireland.

Lewis confirmed his UK and Ireland Arena Tour for September 2025, with dates in Sheffield, Aberdeen, Glasgow, London, Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham, Cardiff and Dublin.

He will take to the stage in the 3Arena on Monday, 29th September 2025.

The Scotsman will kick off his tour dates in Sheffield in September before finishing off in Dublin. How sweet!

Tickets go on sale on Thursday July 10th at 9am. Prices range from €31.15 to €159.40 including booking fee.

We imagine these tickets will fly out so we would recommend setting your alarms for the best chance at tickets.

Speaking at Glastonbury, Lewis said: “Second time’s a charm on this one. I just wanted to come and finish what I couldn’t finish last time.”

That he emphatically did, with his soaring vocals leading the crowd through classics Before You Go, Grace, Hold Me While You Wait, Bruises, Forget Me, a first live performance of his new track Survive, and a unifying performance of  Someone You Loved.

And if that is anything to go by, his 3Arena is not one to miss.

Tickets will be on sale on Ticketmaster on July 10th.
