News broke this afternoon of the death of Caroline Flack.
The 40 year old Love Island host was found dead in her East London flat earlier today.
Many Irish stars and colleagues have already been paying tribute to the presenter on social media.
Bray native, Laura Whitmore has shared a tribute to the late Caroline Flack on Twitter this evening.
The pair were friends and Caroline had wished Laura all the best in filling her role as host in the current season of Love Island.
Laura shared a picture of the pair together with the caption; “I’m trying to find the words but I can’t.”

Earlier this year Laura had posted her delight at being chosen for winter Love Island to replace Caroline whilst also sharing how kind Caroline had been about it;
“I want to thank ITV for trusting me at the helm of this huge show. I wish it was in better circumstances; Caroline is a brilliant host and friend.
“We’ve spoken a lot in the last few days since she stepped down. She has been very kind to me and strongly pushed me for this role. I’ve watched her host every series and know I have big boots to fill. I will try and do it justice.”
Our thoughts go out to her family and friends at this time.
