Irish rap trio Kneecap are set to play the main stage at Electric Picnic this year.
The lads have just come off a crowded performance at Glastonbury over the weekend.
And now they will play Ireland’s biggest festival.
They shared the news on social media posting a picture of them with the Electric Picnic banner attached.

They wrote: “A chairde Gael….we will play the Main stage at Electric Picnic in August.”
EP shared the snap with the caption: “This is going to be a special one.”
And it’s safe to say that it is as the fans were clearly delighted in the comment section.
“Be still my beating heart,” one fan wrote.
“This is going to be epic!” another said.
While a third wrote: “Finally time to put them on the main stage.”
Also on the lineup for this year’s Electric Picnic are Hozier, Chappel Roan, Sam Fender, and Kings of Leon who will headline the festival in Laois in August.
More Irish acts like Kingfishr, Amble, BIIG PIIG and Bell X1 will play the iconic festival.
This year’s tickets are already sold out for the Laois festival.
