In a surprising turn of events, Kim Kardashian’s daughter North West has been seen sporting a popular Irish-branded jersey.
Which jersey you ask?
An O’Neill’s one of course!
Yes, the 11-year-old was seen wearing a black and white striped jersey featuring collar and cuffs from famed Irish sportswear brand, O’Neills, after her auntie Khloe Kardashian, posted a series of selfies with her famous family to her Instagram.
The brand spotting the jersey, immediately commented: “Does this mean Collab?”.
While they weren’t the only ones to notice, with Radio Station Today FM also commenting: “Not North wearing an O’Neill’s jersey 🇮🇪”.
This isn’t the first time O’Neill’s has been thrown into the spotlight.
As many will recall the iconic photo of Paul Mescal from 2020 where he can be seen rocking a pair of the brand’s shorts.
O’Neills is the largest manufacturer of sportswear in Ireland, particularly for GAA teams.
And over the years, many people have taken pride in representing our nation’s cultural symbols and sporting colours.
And look, we don’t blame them!
