Stephanie Davis and Jeremy McConnell are causing controversy again, after landing in Manchester for a club appearance. The couple have had a turbulent relationship since meeting on Celebrity Big Brother in January of this year, but earlier this week they announced that they are firmly back together. It’s hard to keep up with these two!
Stephanie took to Twitter to rant about the rumours that herself and Jeremy’s relationship is a “showmance”. The actress instead that what they have is real, and that people are just talking about them to make themselves relevant. Hmmm, we’re not so sure about this?
In the posts, Stephanie tweeted: “Everyone has there own relationship ours just seems to boringly get talked about a lot at the moment.” “With others trying to cling on to us in the same game to keep them selfs (sic) relevant. Boring… me and jez are happy and that’s all that matters… nothing nice to say don’t say it”
In previous tweets, which have now been deleted, Steph also spoke about a mystery gift that she bought for Jeremy, but it’s unclear what this gift was.
“So now a girl can’t buy her boyfriend a gift without the press using it for a story? I’d be more offended if he took it off and gave it me back,” she ranted. “As that’s something I bought him out of love and for him to keep always. Now… We’re both having a lovely day and going to continue so”
We’re not sure what to make of this, but it seems that the pair aren’t going to let these rumours tear them apart. In an interview with OK! Magazine earlier this month the couple said that from now on they will stand together and be a team.
