Kathryn Thomas has shared her delight, as new show Operation Transformation: Keeping Well Apart resonates with viewers up and down the country.
The show aims to inspire us all to keep fit and healthy despite the current pandemic, with OT experts Dr Sumi Dunne, Karl Henry, Aoife Hearne and Dr Eddie Murphy offering advice on healthy living through a crisis.
As well as the contestants, viewers all over Ireland have decided to get involved while maintaining social distance.
Taking to social media, host Kathryn said, “I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your lovely comments on Operation Transformation over the last couple of weeks.”
She continued, “I was meant to say it earlier and it is just such a pleasure to know that it is hitting the spot for people and that some people might be getting something out of it.
“Our families are legends they are just brilliant.”
