Kathryn Thomas has taken to Instagram to inform fans that she’s back “in full swing” at work after enjoying some much-needed time off with her family.
Sharing a story to her socials while out on a walk, the presenter revealed that she was back at work ahead of the highly anticipated festival.
“The Rose of Tralee, we just hit the ground running,” she began.
“It’s in less than two weeks, Monday 21st August, so we were in Barberstown and met twenty of the Roses this week.
“We’ve got to meet the rest of the girls then on Monday,” she added.
Kathryn then expressed her admiration for this year’s Roses, crediting them as “amazing” with “incredible stories to share”.
“They’re on the road now and Jesus the schedule that they are on between now and Tralee, I have no idea how jam-packed it is.
“They’re literally all on the road together and it’s just insane. I don’t know where they’re getting their energy from, maybe it’s adrenaline and their youth as well,” Kathryn joked.
Previously speaking out about her excitement on becoming the first-ever co-host, Kathryn said: “I’m honoured and so excited to join Daithí and the team.
“I’ve grown up watching it each year, so it’s very special to get the opportunity to present alongside Daithí. I can’t wait to get started. Tralee here we come!”
No doubt they’ll knock it out of the park!
