Following on from her success as co-host of Rose of Tralee this year, alongside Dáithí Ó Sé, Kathryn Thomas has now gone and landed herself a brand new gig.
As well as returning as the host of Operation Transformation, Kathryn will also front a new medical series called Secret Life of Your Body.
So, what’s involved?
Well, according to RTÉ, the show will follow patients through surgeries and recoveries from heart bypasses to an ACL operation.
Using the latest in VR and 3D imaging technology and access to consultants and hospitals across the country this series aims to demystify the surgical process for both patient and audience.
As mentioned, the Carlow native will also host another season of Operation Transformation, which will return to our screens early next year.
The series follows five participants on their there health and fitness journey with the expert help of a dietician, fitness instructor and psychologist.
So, safe to say that Kathryn will be one busy woman.
This news comes after Kathyrn’s recent debut as co-host of the Rose of Tralee, where viewers were more than delighted by her addition to the format.
Yes, Kathryn kept up the gas work alongside Dáithí for both nights of the festival and she left quite the impression!
