Kathryn Thomas went off grid for the weekend in the most perfect way and we couldn’t be more obsessed!
After being enticed by her sister, Linda, the pair decided to jet off on little girls trip to Greece.
Taking to Instagram, Kathryn shared an array of snaps from their travels, and by the looks of things, the duo had the best time!
“Well Linda Thomas had the genius idea of disappearing to Greece for the weekend,” she wrote on her post.

“So we jumped on a flight to Santorini and went off grid – no posting, no phones, just lots of laughing, sleeping, reading and eating my body weight in feta cheese.
“Greece is my favourite country in the world and I’ve fallen head over heels in love with her all over again,” she added.
In the photos, the gals can be seen getting up to all sorts, from strolling around Santorini in coordinating denim jackets and soaking up as much sunshine as they could get to enjoying the local cuisine.

The spontaneous trip definitely seemed to come at a good time for the pair, particularly Kathryn who recently opened up about her experience with perimenopause and going on HRT to deal with symptoms.
Speaking to Dermott Whelan on his podcast The Mind Full, she described dealing with lack of sleep, panic attacks and “operating on a half mast”, before making serious lifestyle changes.
“I will go to bed now and be asleep by 10pm, put the girls to bed at 8:20pm. Put the phone away try not to doomscroll and trying to get back into reading my book,” she shared.
“I was actually not giving myself enough time… and it’s working for me now I feel more energised and the brain fog, after I stopped taking HRT (it didn’t work for me).
“What actually did fix it was going to bed earlier, figuring out in my head I’m happy where I’m at, going to work with a smile on my face, playing really good tunes and dancing around my own studio.”
