Jessie Buckley is a busy woman. And with the Oscars just a handful of weeks away we have our fingers and toes crossed that she will secure that incredible achievement.

She is sweeping award shows across the globe for her moving performance in Hamnet.

But before heading to the States, she will be sitting down to chat to Patrick Kielty.

Patrick sat down with Jessie and Maggie Gyllenhaal in London this week.

The pair talk about working together on The Bride! ahead of its release next month and give a sneak peek of what viewers can expect.

Maggie opens up about directing this film and working alongside her brother Jake, while Jessie chats about awards season and flying the flag for Kerry at the Oscars!

The Late Late Show will honour the memory of Irish architect and television presenter Hugh Wallace this week.

Ahead of the return of Home of the Year next Tuesday on RTÉ One where Hugh was a much-loved judge, Amanda Bone, Diarmuid Gavin and Siobhan Lam will join Patrick to share stories, celebrate Hugh’s remarkable legacy and reflect on the lasting impact he made both on-screen and in the lives of those who worked with him.

Following his 500th appearance on the DP World Tour, golfing great Pádraig Harrington will be in studio on Friday night. He’ll reflect on his extraordinary career and his drive to keep competing.

He will also raise awareness of a charity close to his heart, the Oesophageal Cancer Fund.

Keeping the sports theme going, Irish Winter Olympians Ben Lynch, Thomas Moloney Westgard and Cormac Comerford will join Patrick to talk about their success at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Turin.

Danny Dyer will drop by this week to discuss his new football agent thriller, One Last Deal, which was filmed in Ireland and will be hitting cinemas next month.

He’ll also share his reaction to winning a BAFTA, what we can expect from the second series of Rivals and why he wants to make ‘caravaning’ cool again.
