Is Jennifer Zamparelli a New Year’s resolution type of gal?

But when it does come to her habits, she reveals that she will start making changes in December.
“I tend to do it in December because I think it’s easier to follow through with because I think it’s just mentally easier because after Christmas it is a bit miserable already,“ she laughs.
“Then I have Dancing with the Stars in January and February and then I try to take a holiday with my mum and dad in March.“
Of course, after being stuck in the UK due to the weather in December, we have to ask if she’s mentally prepared to face the airport again.
“That’s a very good point, a very good point I don’t know how I’m gonna feel,“ she laughs.
