Saoirse Ronan tied the knot to her partner, Jack Lowden, this summer.
The couple keep their relationship out of the public eye but never shy away from singing each other’s praises.
While neither has confirmed their marriage, Saoirse has been seen wearing two rings on her left ring finger during the press tour for her upcoming films, The Outrun and Blitz.
And now she has opened up about the idea of motherhood.
Speaking to Vogue Magazine she admitted that she does want to have children at some point.
“I became successful when I was quite young. So it meant that, actually, by the time I found my partner, I’m now at the stage where if it happened, I would like to have a kid,” she explained.
“I feel fortunate enough that if I step out of this for a minute, I’m hopefully not giving it up forever. But, yeah, I’ve always wanted that.”
Speaking about her relationship with Jack, she enthused about how supportive they are to one another.
Speaking about The Outrun, in which she plays a young woman dealing with alcoholism, she said: “We both believe in each other’s ability so much, so he would have known that not only was that the next role that I would want to play, but it’s the next role that I needed to play.”
It’s safe to say we love these two!
