Dancing With The Stars champion Mairead Ronan has hinted that she will be making a comeback to radio this summer.
The star, who presented Ireland’s Fittest Family on RTE before going on maternity leave with her her third baby, Bonnie.
Now, the beauty is well and truly back, and after taking the Glitterball trophy earlier this year, the mum of three has set her sights on a return to radio.
“I’ve had a chat about radio and so I am just trying to see if that would work around the summer,” the mother of three told Irish Daily Mirror.
“And it would be great if it could, but that is definitely not confirmed.
“There has been a small radio chat and something with RTE.”
Mairead recently confirmed that she will be taking back up her role as host of Ireland’s Fittest Family, which was hosted by Kathryn Thomas in her absence.
“I absolutely adore my kids but I love working, you get a kick out of working whatever it is, whether it is radio or telly,” she revealed.
“But because of the job I’m in, working in media, I don’t have to be gone all day every day.
“You can do bursts of work very easily and that’s what I hope to do now with Dancing With The Stars over.
“I hope I can just do, being very, very busy sometimes and not so busy other times. That’s working for me right now, so if I could do that, it would be great.”
