Tell us your morning and evening skincare routine!
I’ve taken my skincare a lot more seriously the past year.
Morning: If I haven’t put tan on my face the night before, I’ll just wash my face with water and apply SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic, P-Tiox, Hydrating B5 and their advanced brightening SPF 50. I love the Environ Focus Care Moisture Capsules just before I apply my make up, it gives such a nice dewy lift.
Evening: In the evening, if I’ve worn makeup, I double cleanse, I love a balm. My favourite at the moment is Elemis. I love using it to massage my face; it’s such a beautiful balm. I’m also really loving the Inglot Cleansing Balm, it works so well on the eyes. After I’ve cleansed, I alternate my routine every few nights. I use SkinCeuticals, and then on the alternating night, I use the medicine pads and the Environ Focus Care Mask.
What’s the best beauty hack or piece of advice you’ve ever received?
The power of a face massage and lymphatic drainage. Such an amazing quick fix.
What’s your favourite beauty treatment to get done?
I love everything I’ve had done with Dr Alex Quinn. I discovered him through a friend of mine, who I couldn’t believe had anything done, so I knew he was the right person to see. I am so excited to start BBL (BroadBand Light) face treatment with him when I’m home next, it’s meant to help return the skin to its natural tones, get rid of redness, pigmentation and improve collagen. I’ve seen before and after, and it looks amazing!

What products make you feel pulled together?
I really love the current Body Red Light Face Mask and their ZIPP contour device. You notice an immediate difference. I love using it before an event to depuff
What are your desert island skincare products?
I’ve recently started adding Rhode Glazing Milk and their Butter Barrier at the end of my skincare routine before my makeup and I really adore how youthful it makes my skin look. Oh and the Merit SPF is the perfect little combo!
As a mam of two, have you perfected the two-minute skincare treatment or do you put aside time for yourself to do a longer routine?
It’s all about multitasking for me. With my morning routine, if I’m going all in and doing my five, six, seven steps, I’ll do it in stages. I’ll put a layer of C E Ferulic, let it soak in, change a nappy, then do the next layer. On the days I’m rushing out the door in the morning to do the school run, Rhode and the Merit SPF is the perfect two-minute skincare routine
What advice would you give anyone struggling to get a proper skincare routine?
I’ve been there, I bounced from product to product constantly finding myself lost, not knowing what was best and struggling to justify the cost, but this year I’ve decided to focus solely on the products I’ve mentioned. I’ll assess my skin after the year is up and make a decision if they are right for me. I’m very intrigued about the Obagi products, so they might be next on my list!
