Ireland AM’s Síomha Ní Ruairc has shared a look at her gorgeous honeymoon.
Síomha tied the knot last year to her long-term partner Cathal Pendred in an intimate ceremony surrounded by their nearest and dearest.
They had a great ceilí in the five-star Lough Eske Castle in Donegal with her telly pals.
She took to Instagram to explain that she and Cathal had unplugged during their time around South East Asia. Thankfully, we’re getting a glimpse into the dream trip.
“Heileo from a beautiful (& cold!) north Vietnam! Coming to the end of a restful & once-in-a-lifetime honeymoon. Husband & I had an unplugged ball,” she wrote.
“Here is your official warning that a deluge of SE Asia content is en route – that is just so gorgeous.”
She started her “deluge” of content with a post about their time in Thailand.
The post includes pictures of Síomha and Cathal soaking up the sun on gorgeous beaches around the country. Other snaps see them relaxing in their beautiful hotel room.

They even explored the area on a boat as well as getting in some exercise in the local MMA gym.
“Mí na Meala / Honeymoonin’,” she wrote.
“Took ourselves on an extended Christmas break and are still pinching ourselves at the experiences we’ve had. What a gorgeous country & people. Phuket & Phi Phi.”
