Ireland AM has gotten quite the makeover.
The morning chat show will be in a new home from Thursday morning as TV3 becomes Virgin Media.
Mark Cagney, Alan Hughes, Aidan Cooney and Ciara Doherty and their guests will sit comfortably in the new plush studio.
The team are excited about the new studio too, with Mark Cagney describing it as “like moving into a new house”.
Ciara Doherty added: “We are having this rebrand so we felt it was the perfect time for a refresh of the look of Ireland AM, not necessarily the feel.
“We are getting a new sofa, a new rug, it’s contemporary, it’s light and airy and it’s quite different, we’re going to be the cool people in here now.”
The Saturday and Sunday AM are also seeing some changes to their show, as together they become Weekend AM.
When asked about the new host Simon Delaney joked: “Saturday and Sunday we’re there and we’ll be sharing the studio, we’re going to Weekend AM, yeah, it took hours to come up with!”
