It’s officially frosty season, and thanks to TikTok there is a whole new makeup look inspired by just that.
The viral trend makes rosy cheeks, a flushed face and pale under eyes the dream look. With some sparkle and a little gloss, the ‘I’m cold’ makeup routine has become the look of the season.
So without further ado, here is how to achieve that ‘I’m Cold’ look.

Base

Conceal

This step is a necessity when trying to achieve the ‘I’m Cold’ look. Concealer will brighten up your under-eye for a more awake look. Using a shade or two lighter than your natural skin tone will allow for the blush to pop in later steps.

Your eyebrows won’t play an important role in creating this look, however, no man is to be left behind. You want to have them looking as natural as possible and slightly defined. Perhaps a soap brow could work!

Blush
Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Matte Beauty Blush – €38
The defining moment… over the top blush. This step involves choosing the perfect product and technique. Use a cream or powder blush, whichever suits your skin type. Sweep the product in a ‘W’ motion across the apples of your cheeks, beneath your eyes and over the bridge of your nose.

Highlight
Kash Beauty Skin Glaze – €19.95
Now to accentuate your features! Using a highlighter, preferably one that’s cooler toned, dust over your cheekbones, the inner corner of your eyes and the tip of your nose. Apply some sparkle to your lids, working your way out from the inner corner.

Lashes

Lips
Complete with the ‘I’m Cold’ lips. We have all fallen victim to chapped lips during the winter and their only upside is the pretty pink colour they add to your face. Use a tinted balm, or pink gloss to acquire that ‘windburn’ pucker.
If ‘I’m Cold’ was a product it would be the Benefit Benetint. You could even use this magic in a bottle as a blush!
