Michael Fassbender may have some competition over his stunning girlfriend Alicia Vikander.
The actress was spotted in a ‘playful clinch’ with handsome star Idris Elba at an after-party for the BAFTAs, which raised a few eyebrows in showbiz circles.
According to an onlooker, Alicia and Idris were engaged in deep conversation, and were quite touchy-feely while not in the company of her Steve Jobs actor boyfriend.
“They were locked in a very long conversation. He was touching her back, she then rubbed his,” the insider said. “They’re actors so are pretty affectionate with each other and are probably friends from the circuit.
“But it was still a little surprising and people were talking,” the source told the Sun.
This comes following that cringeworthy moment when the couple refused to give each other even a peck on the cheek on the awards ceremony’s kiss-cam.
And although Michael insisted that it’s because ‘My thing with this girl is not for the world’, apparently other A-listers in attendance on the night thought his behaviour was strange.
Spotlight star Mark Ruffalo particularly disagreed with the Kerryman’s awkwardness. “That girl wanted to be kissed. What’s his problem?” he reportedly said.
