Aquaman actor, Jason Momoa has been reminiscing about a road trip he took around Ireland.
During a break from filming Game Of Thrones in Belfast back in 2011, the star travelled around the Emerald Isle in search of “the greatest pint of Guinness”.
The nostalgic snap shows a very happy Jason in the back of a rented van, wrapped up in a blanket.
The 39-year-old wrote: “Looking through my phone I found this. Off the road some quiet parking lot in Donegal. It was an amazing simple moment with my best friend @captainriff.
“While filming GOT we had a lil break. We were too broke to fly home so we rented a panel van aka UHAUL in Belfast and drove around beautiful amazing IRELAND searching for the greatest pint of Guinness. Turns out it’s perfect everywhere.”
He added, “So many wonderful people and stories I treasure those times It was the simplest moments I remember the most.”
Jason has previously expressed his love for Guinness, so we are not surprised that the black stuff was the fuel behind his adventure.
