Hugely proud moment for the Keating family!

Ronan and Storm Keating have excelled in their latest charity event, raising a whopping £1million for Cancer Research and the Marie Keating Foundation.

The two hosted the 10th annual Emeralds and Ivy Ball on Saturday night, and with over 500 guests, brought in a serious amount of money for their chosen charities.

The whole Keating family were involved in the event, and the proud dad took to social media to share his thoughts.

“So nice for the whole family to be sharing the hosting duties this year at our annual Emeralds and Ivy Ball. Couldn’t be a prouder man.

“Even the family who didn’t take to the stage, hosted from the floor and made sure all our guests were feeling welcomed and having fun.”

Some of the guests who attended the prestigious event, included Rod Stewart, Penny Lancaster and Rachel Riley, while the entertainment on the night came courtesy of Nadine Coyle, as well as Ronan himself.

Speaking at the event, Ronan said, “It’s fantastic that so many amazing people have been able to come this evening and I’m incredibly grateful for their generous donations to Cancer Research UK and The Marie Keating Foundation.

“This is 10th Emeralds and Ivy Ball and every year I am so proud of the support that’s given. The devastation of cancer touches too many people’s lives, which is why it’s important to do all that we can to beat it.”
