The third series of 50 Ways To Kill Your Mammy is set to air on Sky One next week, and this season is even wilder than the last!
This time around Baz Ashmawy isn’t only joined by his own mammy Nancy, but also by an additional three mammies! The five of them altogether take on dangerous challenges, including going on a drugs raid in Peru and whitewater rafting in Uganda, but all live to tell the tale.
However, speaking in this week’s TVNow Magazine, Baz admitted that filming with four mammies was tough at times, as they were able to gang up on him. In fact, he even likened the experience to managing One Direction!
“That’s all they did (ganged up on him), they had a ball and made my life hell. It was like managing One Direction, they were hungover, late starts…you think I’m joking?
“If Nancy is freaking out about something, my job is to let her sit and have a Diet Coke while I watch the others. We have this kind of debate on camera, so I say, okay, you don’t have to do it, but let me go and help this other mammy because she really wants to do it. That’s what we do,” he said.
The new series of 50 Ways To Kill Your Mammy airs next Monday the 26th, at 9pm on Sky One.
