Home and Away stars Dan Ewing and Matt Little recently sat down to watch the Rose of Tralee.
The annual event, now in it’s 58th year, is taking place this week on Monday 21st and Tuesday 22nd.
In the lead-up to the contest, the Home and Away actors took a look at some of the most memorable bits from the show.
First up Dan Ewing, AKA Heath Braxton took a look at this memorable moment from 2011 when Siobheal Nic Eochaidh broke out in a hip hop dance.
Dan’s first reaction is to say “Whaaaaaat?” before adding: “This is just footage of my girlfriend you guys found, surely!”
The actor is also shown the moment one Rose is proposed to live on air. Dan pleads for the girl to say yes, and when she does, he adds: “I was sweating for you mate!”
Dan was also particularly taken with Nathan Carter’s rendition of The Rose of Tralee, adding: “How good is this bloke!”
Matt Little who plays Leah’s son VJ was also took part in the Gogglebox style clip.
During the opening credits Matt asks: “Is this like the bachelor or something?”
The actor also had trouble understanding Daithi’s thick Kerry accent (it can be forgiven considering he’s speaking some Gaeilge).
“I didn’t understand that at all, what that a different language at the beginning?”
Matt is visibly confused and shocked for the rest of the clip.
