Holly Carpenter is happy enjoying her single life and is in no rush to find herself a man.
Speaking to The Herald, the Dublin model said she wasn’t dating anyone and that it was “nice to be single”.
The 23-year-old has been busy attending festivals all summer long and is happy to hang out with girlfriends rather than settling down.
“I went to Forbidden Fruit and Longitude with the girls – I’m only 23, so all my friends are single and we’re just a group of girls having so much fun, so it’s nice”, she said.
The Raheny native is no stranger to social media and is an avid snapchatter, instagrammer and tweeter, but she did admit that “it’s all a bit of a facade”.
“I think there’s a lot of pressure to look good and there are so many filters now that people don’t really know what’s real and what’s not real. It’s very fake,” Holly explained.
“We all just show everyone what we want them to see. You might put up a selfie, but it might not be from that day. You could be having a really bad day but you’re like ‘feeling amazing!’ on the picture,” she said.
