Graham Norton is fearful about his future with BBC, admitting that he’s worried his show could be axed in the near future.
The Irish host has expressed his concerns after it was revealed that a new BBC charter will be revealing the salaries of their top broadcasters.
He worries that if the station needed to make cuts in a bid to save money, it could be between himself and Gary Lineker, who hosts Match of the Day.
Speaking to The Telegraph, Graham said, “You assume they pick their targets. There was Jonathan Ross, they saw him off; Jeremy Clarkson, Chris Evans… So now they will pick on whoever’s left, which is me and Gary Lineker.
“I hope Gary’s ready – he’s not stupid, he must realise it will be one of us next.”
Meanwhile, Graham recently revealed what he really thinks of his show.
