Now an annual celebration of the best of Spanish cuisine and wine, the Campo Viejo Tapas Trail 2015 was launched yesterday as it returns to Dublin and Cork and hits the streets of Galway for the first time this summer.
Guests enjoyed the culinary culture of Spanish tapas and discovered the true passion, generosity and vibrancy of Spain.
The Campo Viejo Tapas Trail will run from 3rd to 28th June in Dublin, before moving on to Cork from July 7th to 22nd and Galway from August 26th to September 9th.
Guests on the trail discover ‘tapeo’, the art of enjoying tapas with friends and family, at four of the very best tapas restaurants each city has to offer. The expressive Spanish way of life is woven into the trail through colourful art installations by renowned Spanish urban artist Okuda.
These illustrations are on display in each of the participating restaurants. Spend a summer afternoon or evening strolling from eatery to eatery, sharing a selection of authentic Spanish tapas and enjoying a glass of Campo Viejo Reserva in each restaurant.
