We’re close approaching the summer months (although the weather ATM doesn’t feel like it…sadface), and that means it’s important to get your skin ready to ensure it looks fabulous.

With that in mind, LloydsPharmacy has launched its new campaign ‘Get Summer Healthy’, which aims to promote healthy skin and bodies, covering both the cosmetic and nutritional elements that comes with good healthcare practice, as well as its new skincare range, SKINeffect.

In conjunction with this offering, LloydsPharmacy experts have developed a skincare analysis system which puts the customers needs at the forefront of their product recommendation.

The skincare questionaire, which is carried out in store, allows the LloydsPharmacy skincare professional to recommend a regime bespoke to each of their customers, which not only covers cosmetic products but also gives recommendations on supplements which can benefit the skin.

Speaking on the topic of skincare Goretti Brady, Managing Director of LloydsPharmacy said: “People often forget the importance of a good skincare regime. Our climate in Ireland can be particularly harsh to the skin so knowing what products work best for you, be it cosmetic or nutritional, is vital to ensure the healthiest skin possible.”

LloydsPharmacy also offer an innovative Skin Analysis Service which gives customers a deeper understanding of their skin type, allowing trained pharmacy teams advice on products that will suit each individual customer. The Skin Analysis Service is available at selected stores.

The SKINeffect range covers all areas of skincare and is available now.

This bank holiday weekend Skincare experts in LloydsPharmacy across the nation will be offering special skin checks ahead of the summer months – see your local store for details!
