Fair City star, George McMahon and his wife Rachel have revealed that they have welcomed baby number two into the world.
Sharing the news to social media, alongside a snap of the newborn’s tiny hand, he said; “Yesterday our lives changed again for the better.”
“We welcomed Kody Bloom McMahon to the world. We are bursting with love.”
The actor announced the news that they were expecting their second child in December of last year,
Revealing the news on social media at the time he said; “Happy to see the back of 2020, but excited for the brighter, happier and more hopeful things 2021 has to offer.”
“Babymac incoming and we couldn’t be happier.”
The 35-year-old actor and his wife are already parents to a little girl, Frankie. The couple wed during a beautiful Spanish ceremony in August 2019.
The pair said ‘I do’ in Nerja, surrounded by a handful of their closest friends and family.
A whole host of famous faces also attended their big day, including Fair City co-stars Jenny Dixon, Ryan Andrews and Dave O’Sullivan, plus, Boyzone’s Keith Duffy who married the pair.
Speaking to VIP ahead of their big day, George told us: “Keith’s a big part of our love story, he was there from the start of the Rachel and George story so we thought it would be very fitting to have him as part of our ceremony.”
