Vogue Williams has opened up to VIP about her anxiety since her marriage breakdown with Brian McFadden.
The Howth native stuns in this month’s covershoot, where she openly discussed the affect the split has had on her – and insisted that it’s not as easy as it looks.
Vogue and Brian had everyone talking last year when they appeared to stay as close as ever after their break-up, but the model says things are never as they seem.
The 29-year-old has admitted that the split has worsened her anxiety issues, which she has discussed in the past, due to the stressful year she’s had.
“My head’s all over the place. I feel like I don’t have a goal. Everything that I wanted is sort of gone,” she said. “I wanted to be married and I wanted to have kids for so long and now that’s sort of gone, and I’m like, ‘What do I do now?’
“I’m trying to figure out where I’m going with my life, and that causes a lot of anxiety.”
Discussing her amicable break up, Vogue told VIP that it’s much more difficult than what appears in the papers. “It’s not as easy as it looks and we do have our problems,” she admitted.
“But I would rather not put it out there. I just think it looks bad for everyone involved. Brian has two kids, I get on very well with them, and I’d hate for them to see us publicly bash other.”
The rising tv star added that exes don’t speak as often as people may think. “We’re not in contact all the time and we don’t really see each other as much now because I have my own place in London. We do share a dog though, so we will always see each other.”
