The singer has made it into the final of DWTS and will be competing to win the competition tonight.
Before taking to the dancefloor, Erica-Cody shared how grateful she was for the opportunity and how the competition has been “unforgettable”.
Writing a heartfelt post on Instagram she said, “If you had told me at the beginning of this journey that we would be in THE FINAL of @dwtsirl I would have laughed and called you crazy! Never did I think I would make it this far, but because of YOU lot and your support you helped make a baldoyle girls dreams come true and for that I am forever grateful!
“This has by far been one of most incredible experiences of my life & the last 18 weeks have been unforgettable. I cannot thank you enough @denys_samson for being an incredible teacher & an even better friend we have been through the highest highs, and the lowest lows and have lifted each other up through them all.
“The memories we’ve made are endless (too many for one post). I couldn’t have asked for a better partner & I can’t wait to hit the dance floor with you one last time tomorrow night all the blood, sweat and tears are so worth it! LETS GO PARTNER! #TeamDenicaForever.”
Last week Erica found herself in the bottom two and competed against Love Island’s Matthew MacNabb for a place in the final. Erica and Denys were unanimously saved by the judges bringing them into this week’s show.
Erica will be joined by fellow finalists Jordan Conroy, Nina Walsh and Ellen Keane in the live final tonight.
