Eamonn Holmes was in the Valentine’s spirit today, as he delivered roses to the ladies on ITV’s Loose Women. Despite his lovely gesture however, Eamonn suffered somewhat of a dramatic exit after his drop off!
Spreading Cupid’s message, the 57-year-old sweetly gave each of the four Loose Women hosts a rose and said, “Everybody should have love in their life today.”
Presenters Coleen Nolan, Anne Diamond, Linda Robson and Janet Street Porter were thrilled with their thoughtful delivery, but it seems for Eamonn that no good deed goes unpunished.
While saying his goodbyes the audience gasped as the Belfast native tripped off the stage. He then laughed and joked shouting, “My hip! My hip has gone.”
Hopeless romantic Eamonn also surprised his wife and co-host Ruth Langsford today, by leaving flowers and a gift on their hall table for her.
He also opened This Morning by kissing Ruth in front of the cameras, and giving viewers this message: “If there is love in your life then congratulations as well. It’s a nice thing, it’s a nice thing,” he said.
Oh Eamonn, you absolute sweetheart!
