We’re used to seeing Stephen and Kylee Vincent dance up a storm on Dancing with the Stars.
But in their day to day life, they’re happy at home in County Down with their little boy, Lando.
Kylee grew up in South Africa and Stephen is a Manchester boy, but Ireland is home for them. It’s where they’re raising their little one, where their jobs are and where they will be opening their own dance studio.
Speaking to us in our April issue of VIP Magazine, they joke about finding a home in Killinchy, just off Strangford Lough.

“It’s our own little paradise and it’s so peaceful. And it was by total chance that we found it. It was, close your eyes and point to Google Maps. And that’s where we ended up! But it’s worked out really well. So, we’re really happy,” Kylee jokes.
But of course, we have to ask about their exciting career move as they plan to open up a dance studio.
“We’ve decided to open up a dance studio and it’s a bit more than a dance studio in our eyes, it’s like a creative space. The plan is to teach kids, but also adults as well. We’re really excited and inspired to share our love of dance with anybody that wants to learn,” she explains.

“And we feel that now is the right time, being parents ourselves and having a family and sort of setting ourselves up with a base on the island of Ireland. It makes sense for us to take this next step and share our knowledge and share our passion.”
They’re hoping to open in June on the Lisburn Road in Belfast.
“We’ll be taking off our glitter jackets and our ballroom dancing shoes and putting on our overalls to do a bit of the renovation! We want to build this literally with our own two hands because we’re really passionate about it. And again, being dancers, passion plays a big part in how we make our decisions and what we put our time and effort into,” Stephen adds.
