Dancing with the Stars marked 100 episodes this Sunday.

And they made sure that they celebrated it with a bang. Former presenter Nicky Byrne stepped back onto the famous dancefloor for the first time since 2022.

And other stars including Elaine Crowley, Mary Kennedy, Eileen Dunne, Aoibhín Garrihy and Marty Morrissey were all in the ballroom for the night that was in it.

Here’s how everyone got on in the ballroom!

Jordan Dargan and Rebecca Scott

It was a case of Jordan v Jordan for The Apprentice star Jordan Dargan this weekend. Having survived last week’s dreaded Dance-Off, he and his partner, Rebecca Scott, will be taken under the wing of Season Five runner-up Jordan Conroy.

Rugby star Conroy, who is a friend of Dargan, showed him how to Jive as Dargan takes on Conroy’s 2022 Jive to “Runaway Baby” by Bruno Mars.

“What a way to open the show! That was so energetic,” Oti Mabuse told them.

They received an eight from Brian and Oti and three nines meaning they got a total of 43.

Stephanie Kelly and Ervinas Merfeldas

Fair City actress Stephanie Kelly and her pro dancer Ervinas Merfeldas were joined in rehearsals by Stephanie’s Carrigstown co-star and Season Four runner-up, Ryan Andrews.

Ryan showed Stephanie the ropes for the Samba to Šum Svistu’s ‘Lo-Lo Dzama’, which earned him a top score in the 2020 final.

“You should be very proud of yourself. You had the party going on,” Arthur Gourounlian. “A for effort!”

She received a six from Brian and Oti, a seven from Karen and Arthur and an eight from Nicky, bringing her total to 34.

Tolü Makay and Maciej Zięba

Singer-songwriter Tolü Makay and her pro dancer Maciej Zieba were shown how to bring extra attitude to the floor by Season Seven finalist Blu Hydrangea.

The RuPaul’s Drag Race winner taught Tolü to Tango as she takes on her memorable Week 3 routine to Lady Gaga’s “Applause”.

Karen Byrne said: “I want to go to your arena show after that. You have this mad ability to make everyone feel like they’re in the performance with you.”

She received a nine from Brian and four 10s, bringing her total to 49.

Katelyn Cummins and Leonardo Lini

After scoring three tens last week, Rose of Tralee, Katelyn Cummins and her partner Leonardo Lini returned with a Viennese Waltz inspired by Season Three winner Mairéad Ronan’s semi-final performance to “You Are the Reason” by Calum Scott and Leona Lewis.

Back in 2019, Mairéad earned her first tens of the series with this performance, so Katelyn was hoping for similar luck seven years later.

Karen was almost in tears as she said: “That was a piece of magic out on the floor.”

Brian gave his first 10 of the season, with Katelyn receiving five 10s!

Paudie Moloney and Laura Nolan

The Traitors Ireland star Paudie Moloney and his partner, Laura Nolan, took viewers way back to 2017 when they revisited season one.

They were mentored by the one and only Des Cahill as they put their own spin on his Salsa to “Soul Bossa Nova” by Quincy Jones, which at that time featured Des’ iconic ‘Dessie Swim’ made famous by him and pro partner Karen Byrne.

“You bring fun, you bring passion, you bring a lovely, lovely charm,” Nicky Byrne told them.

They received a four from Brian, a six from Karen, a seven from Nicky, a three from Oti and a five from Arthur. Their total was 25!

Eric Roberts and Arianna Favaro

Ireland AM host Eric Roberts and his partner Arianna Favaro were joined in studio by his sometimes TV co-host and Season Six runner-up, Brooke Scullion.

Eric reimagined the singer’s Movie Week Paso Doble to “The Greatest Show” from The Greatest Showman. As one of Brooke’s stand-out dances from her season, all eyes will be on Eric to see how he gets on.

“This is just next level! Well done! This was beautifully put together,” Oti enthused.

They received four nines and a 10 from Nicky to bring them to a total of 46.

Philip Doyle and Daniela Roze

Olympic rower, Philip Doyle and his partner Daniela Roze had big dance shoes to fill as they take on Season Two champ Jake Carter’s Contemporary Ballroom to Harry Styles’ “Sign of the Times”.

Jake Carter was paired with Karen Byrne, who swapped the dancefloor for the judging panel, in their respective seasons, so she was paying close attention to how they got on.

“Tonight, something completely transformed. This was out of this world!” Arthur told him, with Brian adding that it was “phenomenal”.

He received a nine from Brian and Oti and three 10s bringing their total to 48!
