It was Movie Week on Dancing With The Stars!
Meaning the stage was full of Hollywood glitz and glamour with our celebs taking on characters from their favourite films. With everything from cartoons to biopics being represent.
Unfortunately tonight we said goodbye to Dr. Marie Cassidy and Stephen Vincent. They put on a performance worth 100 and one Dalmatians and scored 15 points, but sadly they were bottom of the leader board. Dr. Marie was a joy to watch and will certainly be missed.
As for the rest of the celebs, here’s how they got on…
Brooke Scullion and Robert Rowinski
Brooke and Robert put on the greatest show, earning 24 points.
Shane Byrne and Karen Byrne
Shane and Karen got off to a smashing start (literally, with Shane breaking down the walls as Wreak-it-Ralph), landing them a score of 18 points.
Stephanie Roche and Ervinas Merfeldas
Stephanie and Ervinas danced the night away at the Moulin Rouge, and earned 17 points.
Kevin McGahern and Laura Nolan
Kevin and Laura were in a world of pure imagination and got something better than a golden ticket – 21 points.
Panti Bliss and Denys Samson
Panti and Denys put a spell on us, and earned 22 points.
Suzanne Jackson and Michael Danilczuk
Suzanne and Michael told a West Side Story and did it well, with the judges scoring them 23.
Carl Mullan and Emily Barker
Carl and Emily performed a scarily good American smooth, landing 20 points.
Paul Brogan and Salome Chachua
Paul and Salome scored a herculean 27 points for their Charleston. The highest score of the season.
