Doireann Garrihy performed a hilarious Love Island hype song as ‘Maura Higgins’ on the 2fm breakfast show this week and it has gotten everyone even more excited for the series to begin.
Maura is one of Doireann’s many iconic impressions, the presenter nails the Longford accent and no nonsense attitude as she tells this years contestant “don’t be shady, or ye’ll have the wrath of Maura on ye”.
Doireann’s co-hosts Donncha O’Callaghan and Carl Mullan joined in as backing vocals on the song in between their uncontrollable laughter at Doireann’s character.
