Congratulations are in order for Doireann Garrihy and Mark Mehigan.
The couple has announced that they are expecting their first child together.
The 2FM host shared the news on social media with a sweet snap of the pair together.
In the picture Doireann can be seen holding up an ultrasound while Mark cradles her belly.

Too cute!
“We are beside ourselves with joy. Here’s to the greatest chapter yet,” she captioned the snap.
The happy couple were immediately met with congratulatory messages from their pals.
Doireann’s former 2FM co-host Carl Mullan wrote: “absolutely Amazing news a little swan baby massive congrats to you both.”

Her big sister AoibhÃn said: “You two what a lucky little baba…we cannot wait to meet you little angel.”
Dancing with the Stars judge Arthur Gouroulian commented: “This is absolutely beautiful. Congratulations, you guys. Now, if you need any tips on kids’ fashion, you know who to call.”
Mark and Doireann tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in November, surrounded by their loved ones.
Doireann reminisced about her wedding to VIP Magazine earlier this year, telling us: “All of the things people say before you get married are true, the main one being it will all come together on the day. It’s really hard in the run up to believe that is true because you want it to be the best day ever, so the stress in advance is necessary because you do all that so you can relax on the day.

“All the little things you worry about, I am glad I worried about them. I am glad I worried with attention to detail! I’m glad I put black candles on the tables rather than white candles. I am so glad I did pay attention to all those things in advance.
“The week of it, I was, of course, nervous, excited, bursting for the day to happen, and then there’s a lovely feeling after in that you’re so happy it’s done, and it went well, and you can think about other things, bar the wedding again. But now I’m like, aw, I’d love to do it all again!”
Congratulations to Doireann and Mark.
