Doireann Garrihy had a serious fangirl moment when she headed to Longitude this weekend.
The 2FM star got to meet one of her favourite singers and couldn’t contain her excitement.
She was all smiles when she ran into Raye who is known for her songs like By Your Side, You Don’t Know Me, Secrets and Bed.
Doireann has been a firm fan of the English singer since 2017.
She tweeted six years ago inquiring: “When is Raye coming to Dublin? OBSESSED.”
Now she got to meet the songstress as she partied at the Marlay Park festival.
Doireann looked relaxed in a graphic t-shirt and shorts alongside a rainjacket and a black crossbody bag.
Raye, who was performing at the festival, was all smiles in a green crop top and a pair of baggy trousers.
She shared a collection of pictures of the pair together, writing: “Dreams come true.”
Of course, she couldn’t spend the whole weekend with Raye. Thankfully she had her “festigals” including Emma Power and Roz Purcell to party with.
The trio seemed to have the best weekend ever with Roz opting to get a tattoo to commemorate her two pooches – Wilko and Myla.
The tattoo doubled as a W and a M depending on what way you looked at it.
