Presenter Diana Bunici has admitted that while she was introduced to her boyfriend, Steve Garrigan, through mutual friends, she knew nothing about his band.
The pair have been dating for a year, but before things started to get serious between the two, Diana had no idea about his musical talents.
Speaking to YOU Magazine, Diana said, “I think I knew All I Want, and obviously I’d heard Grey’s Anatomy. Kodaline came up, but Steve would not be the kind of guy to say, ‘I’m in a band!’”
She went on to say, “He’s really nice and humble and quite shy and doesn’t have an ego about him – he’s not as you would imagine a rockstar to be! He’s just an amazing guy who is extremely talented and works really hard and is in a band that’s successful. When I meet someone, I don’t judge him or her on their status or if they’re famous or their job – If I get on with them, I get on with them.”
Diana is currently living in London to further her career, while Steve lives in North Dublin.
