Daniel O’Donnell has asked his fans and followers for prayers after his manager, Kieran Cavanagh, was diagnosed with brain cancer.
He took to social media to share the devastating news.
Daniel and Kieran have been working together since 2017.
Kieran will begin treatment in the coming weeks.
“Hi everyone, I’d like to ask for prayers for my manager Kieran Cavanagh,” Daniel wrote on his Facebook.
“He has been diagnosed with brain cancer and will start treatment soon.
“Please pray for him and his family at this very difficult time. Thanks Daniel.”
Daniel’s comment section was filled with messages of sympathy from his followers.
“Thinking of you Kieran and your family. Best of luck for a great recovery,” one comment read.
Another person wrote: “Ah God I’m sorry to hear this, Kieran is an absolute Gentleman, you will be in my thoughts and prayers.”
“In our thoughts and prayers for Kieran and for his family,” a third commented.
Kieran and Daniel have been working together for six years after Sean Reilly previously managed the singer for three decades.
