Daniel O’Donnell is preparing to put his best foot forward when he competes in Strictly Come Dancing next month, but the singer has admitted that he’s not quite sure about being tangoed!
Speaking to the Irish Daily Star, Daniel said, “I have never had a spray tan. Will I have to have spray tans? I suppose I’ll try anything once.”
The sparkly outfits on the other hand, are something the singer is well used to: “I’ve worn a few jackets with sequins on them through the years. In moderation, I’m game!”
The Donegal native has been making the most of his time in rehearsals, not only dancing, but gaining some new pals.
Daniel, Peter Andre and Iwan Thomas have become extremely close during their time on the show so far, possibly bonding over their mutual lack of Strictly skills!
The trio posed for a picture, which Daniel’s wife Majella shared on social media.
She said, “Daniel and his new pals Peter and Iwan in rehearsals for Striclty! He’s enjoying every minute of it.”
The show will launch on BBC One, September 5th at 7.15pm. We’ll definitely be tuning in!
