Dancing with the Stars viewers took to social media to share their frustration with the format of the show this week.

Gearóid Farrelly became the fifth celebrity to leave the show during Orchestra Week.

The comedian was up against Danny O’Carroll in the Dance-Off on Sunday night.

However, fans have voiced their disappointment in the show.

The show sees viewers vote for who they want to keep in the competition with the two stars with the least votes battling it out in the Dance-Off.

Viewers have pointed out that this means that this means that it’s not always the best dancers who get through the competition.

“It’s ridiculous leaving the voting to the public, the judges’ decision should be final,” one fan wrote on social media.

“It should be left to the judges to decide not to the public, so unfair,” another said.

One wrote: “Something needs to change in terms of voting because this is happening yearly and you never see it on the other international series of Dancing With the Stars. It happened on Ireland’s Got Talent and continuously on.”

Another comment read: “Anyone else scratching their heads over tonight’s #DWTSIRL votes? The leaderboard’s a mess—talent’s not matching the phone lines! Who’s your real winner this week?”

What do you think?
