Curtis Pritchard has shared his delight after bagging a role on hit UK soap, Hollyoaks, alongside his brother AJ.
The pair are no strangers to our tv screens, as they’ve previously appeared on the likes of RTE’s Dancing with the Stars, Strictly Come Dancing and most recently, Love Island, I’m A Celeb and Celebs Go Dating.
This will be their first major acting stint, and the lads can’t wait to dive into this new project.
Taking to social media, Curtis said, “Acting is something I’ve always wanted to do. It’s of of those career paths that you dream of but never actually think it will happen. Turns out it’s starting to happen.”
The two brothers are set to appear on Hollyoaks over the coming weeks. While AJ has just shot his first few scenes, Curtis has yet to get in front of the camera but can’t wait to do so.
As he’s been a fan of the show for years, Curtis admits it’s a dream come true to have landed such a gig .
“I haven’t done my first day yet. I cant wait to join the Hollyoaks family and get involved,” he beamed.
“We used to watch this when we came home from school, we’d have dinner watching Hollyoaks. This is our debut acting role on the screens. We can’t wait.”
The show airs midweek on Channel 4 at 6.30pm. We can’t wait to see them on it!
