Colin Farrell returned to Ireland for the Dublin International Film Festival over the weekend.
The Hollywood star was joined by his friend, Emma Fogarty, for the premiere of their documentary, The Slightest Touch.
The pair have been friends for 15 years, and recently they have appeared together to raise awareness for the condition Emma was born with, epidermolysis bullosa (EB).
The film follows Emma as she turned forty, an age doctors once said she would never reach. She took up the offer from Colin to run the Dublin Marathon together, with Colin pushing Emma’s wheelchair for the final four kilometres.
The Slightest Touch follows their lives and the enduring friendship that has sustained them through the years.
The film premiered over the weekend in The Lighthouse Cinema with the likes of Brendan Gleeson stepping out to support his pal.
